Controversies
Black sheriff was sued on April 11, 2022, for alleged breach of contract. In the complaint, it is alleged that Black Sherif disregarded his investor after he made an investment in his professional career. In yet another instance, the rising musician was accused of signing a distribution arrangement with Empire Music without the consent of his investor, despite the fact that the two of them were reportedly under a business management agreement. Shadrach Agyei Owusu, the CEO of Waynes Chavis Consult, who is Black Sherif’s investor, is requesting that the court order him not to perform at events without his permission.
Again, the sensational act was initially dragged by parents of Clementina, his late girlfriend for recording a tribute about her. This sparked a whole lot of controversy on social media and got many talking. At the end, some of the family members came out to apologize. The artiste was also applauded by many for remembering a loved one although she died years ago.
