A ‘hot breakfast’ was served to a young Nigerian guy who quit his high salary job at an oil company in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, to be with his girlfriend in Ibadan.
One group of the people they say, you can’t advise are people who are deeply in love. Love indeed can make people act irrationally since sometimes.
This guy, after successfully quitting his job to be with his girlfriend, got dumped by the latter afterwards.
The broken hearted guy claimed he had no plans for another job at the time and was unaware their relationship was ending that soon.
The man, who tweets under the handle @_Phoenix23, wrote about his experience with the hashtag #LoveMadeMeDolt.
The guy said he quit his high salary job at the oil company to move in with his partner, who was located in another city.
He believed that relocating to Ibadan would improve their chances of staying together.
Things didn’t work out the way he wanted them to. He said the relationship ended not long after he moved to Ibadan.
He didn’t elaborate on why they broke up, but he did say that he really regretted such a decision to quit a job for a lady.
