The list of both accredited and unaccredited programmes (current and expired) run by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST has been published or made available by the Ghana Tertiary Commission.
This is following the latest report that revealed that KNUST runs over 200 unaccredited programmes. With this report, it was disclosed that Out of 360 programmes run by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), only 61 are accredited.
This has raised questions about the validity of the certifications they issue to individuals who engage in such programs over the past few days.
According to Dr. Mohammed Salifu, the Director-General, Many more programs have been cleared by the Commission’s Accreditation Committee, but it must be approved by the Board at its meeting on September 15, 2022.
