Nestlé Ghana’s Available Positions:

1. Field Sales Supervisor (Retail & All Channels)

  • Ensure product Availability, Visibility and Accessibility in priority outlets in assigned sales territory through the execution of the Territory Sales Plan and Merchandising Guidelines                                    
  • Train the secondary sales force on In-Call Execution and carry out regular field coaching of the various sales roles.                                           
  • Complete the necessary documentation after field coaching.                                                   
  • Identify the training needs of the Secondary sales force during field coaching and address them in conjunction with the Sales Performance Development

2. Customer Solutions Analyst

  • Secure relevant information, documentation and approval in compliance with market policy to avoid loss to Nestle and guarantee correct adjustment to customer account
  • Propose mitigation options for refusals to minimize cost impact to Nestle without disregarding customer interest
  • Resolve collaborated exception cases (E.g. Returns and refusal related claims or deductions), ensuring correct and timely adjustment of customer account to avoid potential impact on collection and customer experience

3. Laboratory Manager

  • Manage the laboratory budget, including resource allocation, purchasing of materials and equipment, and cost optimization measures.
  • Oversee the management of laboratory data, including proper documentation, data analysis, and reporting of results.
  • Work effectively with other quality assurance sections and factory departments, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Leadership Learning and Training Lead

  • Identifying leadership gaps across all levels in the organization
  • Lead the design, the build and the delivery of the agreed selected leadership learning portfolio, leveraging the regional CoC resources and capabilities.
