Eligibility Criteria The 2023/2024 Graduate Programme At Shell
- Some of the opportunities only requires applicants to have a good academic record. (No certificates or academic level required)
- To be eligible for other Graduate Programs, you must be in your last year of school
- You must have less than three years of relevant work experience.
- To get onto the program applicants must be pursuing/ have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised University
- Candidates must have the Willingness to evolve in an international environment.
- You should have a learner mindset: Humility, curiosity, appetite for learning and feeling free to speak up when not sure
- For most of the opportunities, you must be living or eligible to work in the said country
