Sao Pay Global is hiring for the Agent & Merchant Operations Lead job in Ghana. The full-time role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s agent and merchant network, including onboarding, operational support, service delivery and performance monitoring.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee agent and merchant onboarding, activation, maintenance and offboarding.
- Handle partner queries, complaints, transaction issues and escalations.
- Monitor service-level performance and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate KYC/KYB checks and other operational controls with Risk and Compliance.
- Maintain accurate network records, operational data and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in agent, merchant, payments or digital financial services operations.
- Knowledge of partner onboarding, KYC/KYB, POS operations and operational controls.
- Strong relationship management, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse operational data and manage escalations.
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, payment or operations-management systems is an advantage.
