Calbank PLC is advertising a new job vacancy. The role of Investment Technology Integration Lead is open at the bank’s brand in Accra, Ghana.

Role Purpose:

Oversee and optimize the company’s operational processes and technological infrastructure.
Support investment related and client service activities within the company’s approved processes.
Manage new business-related procedures and lead modification of the systems for effective execution of daily and other periodic tasks.
Act as the key liaison between software providers, other vendors, support team and system users to ensure maximum efficacy.
Spearhead Cal Asset Management Company Ltd’s (CAMCOL) initiatives towards mastery in the use of Microsoft and Adobe suite of applications by staff, as well as the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning tools, and remote work applications with a view to position the company as a market leader within the digital economy.

A Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, technology leadership, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of investment-related applications, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, business operations, process optimization, and technology integration.
Proficiency in evaluating and implementing technology solutions, including software applications and IT infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various units.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data security standards is preferred.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
