E4Impact Entrepreneurship Center, Ghana is inviting applications for its Project Assistant opportunity. There role holder will support the successful implementation of the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Project.
About the Role
This is a full-time, project-based position located at the E4Impact Accra Office (UPSA), Ghana. The role is scheduled to commence in April 2026 and runs for an initial 12-month period, renewable based on performance and project requirements.

About the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Project
I.N.S.P.I.R.E. (Implementing New Solutions for the Professional Integration of Human Resources in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Ghana) is designed to strengthen Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The project focuses on empowering SMEs, as well as women- and youth-led businesses, through inclusive, high-impact interventions that promote professional integration and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Assistant will play an important role in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities. This includes supporting field operations, organizing and assisting with training programs, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and contributing to partnerships that advance the project’s objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with both local and international partners to ensure effective implementation and measurable impact.
