The establishment, Petrosol, is presenting a fresh Career opportunity for the slot of Talent and Effectiveness Manager.
The role shall be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end organizational solutions, including but not limited to: recruitment, learning, performance, rewards; so as to drive high people engagement, retention and performance.
Qualification & Experience:
- A first degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university
- A Masters in Business (MBA, MSc or MA)
- A professional certification (SPHRi, PHRi, SHRM-CP, CIPD) is desired
- Should possess hands-on experience in talent assessments and recruitment
- Have to possess hands-on experience in learning and development
- An ethical, discreet and a “get-things-done” attitude
- It is good to have excellent people management skills
