Kasapreko Company Limited, the Leading manufacturer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Ghana, has announced their intention to double the Salary to all permanent, contract and casual employees in November, 2022.

This decision or initiative by the management of the company is in view of the recent economic volatilities in the country which are affecting the wellbeing of staff.
The management is gravely concerned about their staff or workers hence the need to double their salaries for November 2022.

This happens to be the second time a Company in Ghana is reportedly supporting their staff in view of the current economic situation.
The first company to reportedly support their staff was Nestle and they supported their employees with GHC 7,500 each due to Ghana’s economic crisis.
The company inferred that the unstable and unpredictable economic turbulences the country continues to see since the beginning of 2022 have brought major challenges to their business.
Despite these challenges, the Management has chose to provide assistance to employees and their families as a strong expression of appreciation for their efforts.
