AT Ghana is conducting an recruitment program for individuals interested in joining the institution’s fast growing team.
The Roles:
1. Regional Sales Manager
The RSM will report to the Commercial Head and will drive regional growth in the assigned region through customer acquisition, distribution, and availability of AT products. The Regional Sales Manager will also ensure maximum channel visibility, build an effective team and manage Sales Channels and Partners. An individual with strong analytical decision-making skills, including the ability to balance conflicting interests and make decisions to maximize profits is all the company needs.
2. Indirect Sales Supervisor
The successful candidate will join the sales and distribution department. (S)He will be accountable to the Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing the company’s retail acquisition channels in the territory. (S)he will also liaise with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve strategic and operational goals. To be considered for the this position, candidates must hold a university degree in any field or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Studies, or other related fields.
3. Customer Relationship Executive
Customer Relationship executive title is a Fixed Term Contract role. The job holder will report to the Customer Engagement manager and will be responsible for the provision of world class customer service to all enterprise customers. You will also assist in the management of the relationship between AT and its enterprise customers by maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction. You must also be able to work under pressure.
