Positions Available:
1. Finance Officer, Programme Budgeting (Ghana)
The Finance Budgeting Officer backstops the budget preparation and reporting process for assigned programmes and works in collaboration with other budgeting officers, budgeting managers and the head of programme budgeting to ensure sound budget setting, expenditure forecasting and reporting in line with TMA guidelines.
The main responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the Ghana Country Programme Office including secretarial and reception duties, mail handling, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in the office and availability of tea and coffee for staff and visitors.
The Programme Officer will support the country teams with coordination of the Project Cycle Management functions, which include project design and formulation, mobilisation, implementation, and closure. Also, with the development of appropriate mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation of projects and management of results.
The job holder is responsible for providing administrative support to the TEPP Office, in Arusha. S/he will have the specific responsibility of ensuring the quality-of-service delivery is consistent, efficient, responsive, and seamless.
