The Downstream Oil & Gas & Allied Foods Companies have a new vacancy. The group is currently seeking the right candidate to join the as a Human Resources & Administrative Manager.

Candidate’s Qualifications & Experience

1st degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any Science related field.
8 – 10 years cognate work experience with at least 3 years on a managerial level.
A Masters would be an advantage – in a related field.
Proven Proficiency in Systems management, People management, Strategic management, Project Management, Financial Management, Business Analysis and analytical tools is a must.
Proven Proficiency in the use of MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) would be preferable.

Competencies and Skills:

Strategic planning and execution.
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating.
Skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.

Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources.
