He/she will be responsible for the end-to-end business management (Key Distributors, Strategic Agents and Sub Agents), including delivery of topline performance, providing leadership to assigned Territory Managers and Area Sales Executives within your assigned cluster. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Director – Ghana. The role is based in Kumasi.
2. Head of Controlling – GH & Francos Manager
The incumbent will support the Country Manager and the local topline team in defining a strategy by category and brand with an accompanying action plan in order to achieve the defined targets. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director – SSA. The position is a permanent position based in Accra.
