This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales and marketing within the travel and tourism industry.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ticketing, tour packages, cruise, jet and car rental services, and immigration services;
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to expand the customer base and secure long-term business relationships;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Marketing Management
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement;
- Develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to support sales efforts;
- Oversee market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer preferences;
- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with product development teams to refine tour packages and services based on customer feedback and market demands;
- Assist in developing new tour packages and services to diversify the company’s offerings.
Budget Management:
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports and analysis of sales and marketing performance to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage);
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, ideally within the travel and tourism industry;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage a dynamic team;
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities;
- Proficiency in marketing tools, digital
- marketing, and data analysis;
- Deep knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations;
- Candidate with a driver license is an advantage;
- Candidates that have completed a IATA/ UFTA Diploma, Degree in Tourism or certified courses with competency in your guiding/ ground handling (tour operations) have an advantage.
