Financial Management

• Manage the bakery’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis, while identifying opportunities to optimize resources and reduce costs.

• Ensure all bakery products meet established quality standards and comply with health, safety, and food industry regulations, implementing best practices and corrective actions as needed.

Background:
