As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by identifying, approaching, and acquiring new Décor businesses for partnership (to buy or sell our Wall Art). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of aggressive sales experience.
The Role
- Generate new customer leads through various channels.
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the assigned geography. Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Maintain periodic status reports, including a daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Analyze competitors’ products to determine features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
