Metal Craft Ghana is looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the face of the organization’s branch at Tesano, Accra. Candidates living in and around Tesano are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients
- Manage calls, emails, and front desk records
- Support general administrative duties
Requirements:
- HND/Degree in Business Admin or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills
- Be passionate about serving people
- Look neat, presentable and approachable
- Always be respectful, patient and welcoming even under pressure
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to pay attention clients needs and respond appropriately
- Have the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized
