Areas of Placement
Successful applicants may be assigned to one of several business functions based on their qualifications, skills, and organisational needs. Placement opportunities include Sales & Business Development, Operations, Marketing & Communications, Customer Service, Software Development, and Product Development. Participants will contribute to real projects while receiving mentorship and exposure to the financial services industry.
Eligibility Requirements For The National Service Openings At Petra
To be considered for the Petra National Service Programme, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Be eligible for the National Service Scheme (NSS).
- Possess a valid National Service posting letter.
- Candidates should also demonstrate integrity, accountability, professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, together with a willingness to learn, will be an added advantage.
