1. Travel center sales associate
This is a full time job with a competitive salary located in Accra.
Tasks:
- Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
- Solicit for transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
- Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
- Books travel arrangements.
- Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellation and refunds.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
- Attends travel seminars and conferences.
- Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
- Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions and meetings.
2. Travel Centre Associate
This full time opportunity is based in the northern part of Ghana. The titleholder is responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, visas, and coordinating various travel-related services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel. The Travel Associate will work closely with clients to ensure they have memorable and hassle-free travel experiences.
Job Description
- Respond to all telephone inquiries regarding booking of travel reservations
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their travel preferences, budgets, and objectives.
- Make reservations, issue tickets, and manage travel itineraries.
- Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
