A new and Exciting Role Open At Alisa Hotel. This renowned hotel is hiring a Transport Coordinator.

Job Description

The job description includes, but not limited to the following;

Help manage the hotel’s vehicles, drivers and all related issues
Update management regularly on fleet status, performance and expenses
Ensure that all hotel vehicles are properly repaired, when necessary, and follow a well-established preventive maintenance plan
Develop, establish and maintain control measures for keeping costs within budget and for preventing wastage and losses
Ensure excellent driver behaviour and excellent transport services to guests
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on vehicle logs, etc.
Actively participate in the recruitment of new drivers and their orientation and training
Participate in the activities of the hotel’s drivers (i.e., transporting people and goods)

Qualification/Experience

Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) preferably in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 2 years working experience in a similar position

Excellent people management, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Exceptional attention to details
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Good time management
Ability to handle and manage stressful situations well
Excellent planning, organization and multi-tasking abilities
Knowledge in fixing minor vehicle issues is desirable
Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license (minimum Class C)
