SyTel Ghana is pleased to announce a new career offer. The company is searching for a Sales Engineer (ICT) in Sales, Design, install and troubleshoot SMBs and enterprise networks (LAN/WAN) with excellent customer relationship skills.
Duties (but not limited to):
- On-board new clients to establish business relationship and maintaining old ones.
- Providing Technical Support and Products education to clients and Prospects
- Survey, Sale, Design and Integrate LAN & WAN solutions that best suits the customer’s needs
- Chasing targets to improve the company’s revenue.
- Providing IP Network Consultation & Offering Presales/ Post- Sales Support
- Chasing and quoting of tender contracts for clients.
- Coordinating with OEM Companies for RMA and tech support on projects and services
- Promote company’s solutions offerings through online ads and events organization
- Preparing reports and opportunity pipeline projections.
Qualification:
- Must have a BSc Telecoms, Electricals, ICT, Computer Science or any related certification
- A valid CCNA or MCSA /Azure is an added advantage
- Must have at least 3years working experience in LAN and WAN infrastructure sales and implementations.
- Must have familiarity with Power Solutions on IT sites.
- Must have a strong understanding of an IT environment.
- Must have good interpersonal relationship skills.
Compensation & Tools:
- Base Salary GH₵ 3,500 – GH₵ 4,500 / monthly (gross)
- Attractive commission after base salary
