A reputable Shipping and Logistics company in Tema is actively looking for an organised and detail-oriented person to join its team as an Administrative Assistant.

To be able to adjust perfectly to this role, you should know that this kind of working environment is fast paced and you might have to multitask, assist with procurement to ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, prior knowledge in this field is can always be beneficial in fitting in the new system.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field is required
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other office software is a plus
  • Ability to ensure accuracy in documents, scheduling and data entry
  • Able to have a professional interactions with clients, colleagues and executives
  • You should be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently without compromising on quality
  • The ideal candidate should be capable of handling sensitive information with discretion
