2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) manager
The MERL activities will include designing a MERL system, conduction evaluations and rapid assessments, work planning, tracking progress of multiple project objectives, development of data collection instruments and sampling strategies, onsite research and data collection, documenting best practices, writing / reviewing required reports and liaising with stakeholders on technical matters.

The Project Officer shall administer project inputs according to the approved project documentation, work plans and budgets, and in line with the policies of Savana Signatures, as well as partner and donor agreements. S/he shall be responsible for a timely achievement of high-quality outputs within the assigned area of work.
