Essence Medical Laboratory is seeking to hire an eloquent speaker to fill the role of customer service representative.
Requirement:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in communication, administration or related field
- Should be familiar with medical terms
- Minimum of 2-5 years of working experience in the field
- Ability to handle pressure
- Fast typist
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the use of office equipment such as printers, photocopier machines etc.
- A certification in communication skills and office management will be a plus.
- Age 24-30 years
