The service of a Construction Manager is needed at Landsar Developers Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with engineers, architects, and contractors about the goals and progress of the project on a regular basis.
- Managing site foremen and teams and getting them to work hard.
- Making sure that all the needed equipment is on site.
- Ensure that the costs of wages, contractors, materials, and equipment don’t exceed the budget.
- Approving requests to buy.
- Making sure the building process starts and ends on time and that daily and weekly goal are met.
- Ensure all rules about health, safety, and anything else are followed.
- Project management is given SIs and VOs.
- Performing regular quality checks.
Requirements / Competence:
- Construction Technology and Management M.Sc.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a similar job
- Skills with MS Project
