Job Description:
Semester 1 Duration: 6months
- Understand the ITIL Processes needed in your IT Department
- Understand aspects of implementing ITIL processes and creating a cycle of continuous improvement.
- Describe the features and functions of the cisco IOS Software
- Implementing basic configuration on a cisco router
- Identify and resolve common switching and routing networking issues
- Outline threat defense technologies
Modules:
- ITIL Foundation
- Implementing and administering Cisco solutions (CCNA)
- Implementing and operating Cisco enterprise network core technologies (ENCOR)
- Project Work

- Manage mobile devices
- Plan implement, and troubleshoot public folders.
- Deploy and troubleshoot a hybrid environment.
- Configure and Manage SharePoint online, SharePoint On-Premises, OneDrive for Business,
- Teams, workload integrations, hybrid scenarios.
- Analyze components of the security and risk management domain, Asset security domain, Security Architecture and Engineering domain, Communications and Network security domain
