About Perbi Cubs Library Services
The library function Initially, as a family affair. Parents who live directly across from the municipal library in Montreal, from which they borrow an average of 80 books per week, save a ton of money.
On a lengthy trip to Ghana, the enthusiasm of other Ghanaian children, relatives, and friends, as well as the significant void this original family library was filling for parents and children, provided the impetus for expanding the scope.
