Charles Nii Armah Mensah, affectionately called Shatta Wale, has launched a blistering verbal assault on prominent business tycoon Osei Kwame Despite and his associate Fada Dickson.
It hasn’t been long since Shatta Wale came out as the artiste of the year at the just ended UK Ghana Music Awards. He beat strong favorites such as Stonebwoy, Sarkodie and Black Sherif to grab the award. After the awards, Shatta Wale made some avowals of obtaining a sum of £80K at the occasion.
This fiery back and forth blew up when Kwasi Aboagye, an employee of Kwame Despite’s media conglomerate, disputed Shatta Wale’s statement of receiving £80,000 at the UK Ghana Music Awards.
In response, Shatta didn’t hold back, directing his frustrations towards Kwame Despite, his employer, and Fada Dickson, he voiced out, “You’re a fool, and Kwame Despite, who employs you, is also a fool, and Fada Dickson is also a fool.”
This sudden outburst, filled with strong language, has taken many, including his own fans, by surprise, considering Kwame Despite, who has always been known for his support in the music industry.
