Nigerian star Davido has been featured on the official song for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The first song issued by FIFA, the world governing body of football, for this year’s World Cup event in Qatar, features Nigerian singer Davido.
The singer joined American R&B singer and social media personality, Trinidad Cardona, and Aisha, a Qatari songstress.
“I’m honoured to be featured on the Official @FIFAWorldCup 2022 Soundtrack!” Davido posted on Twitter. We still qualified las las, who dey wamba. “I’ll see you all later tonight,” says the narrator. This one is dedicated to Africa! TULE! “WE ARE RISING!”
The continental collaboration “symbolizes how music – and football – can unify the world,” according to FIFA’s Chief Commercial Officer Kay Madati.
“As part of FIFA’s new music strategy,” he continued, “the multi-song soundtrack will connect dedicated fans closer than ever before to the essence of the FIFA World Cup.”
The artists will sing the song for the first time at the World Cup draw in Qatar at 19:00 local time.

“The song is the first of a series of soundtrack tracks that will hit the airwaves over the coming months, as anticipation rises in the run-up to the FIFA World Cup starting on November 21, 2022,” FIFA said.
Adwoa Loud, a known close acquaintance of Nana Aba Anamoah, has allegedly agitated the mental health advocate. Adwoa Loud, who also works at Gh One TV, allegedly went on her Whatsapp status to throw shade at her.
She went on to insult Serwaa Amihere and everyone else in Nana Aba’s gang after calling out Adwoa Loud.
“Look at her lashes and some brows she’s drawn, it’s not you,” she said in a voice note over Adwoa Loud’s photo. “Madam says dress like this, so that’s why.”
“Birds of the same feathers, you seat there that you support women,” she continued in the audio note of another shot of Nana Aba, Bridget Otoo, and Serwaa Amihere with Abeiku Santana. “Look at this man who doesn’t know how to kiss, he is one of them,” she remarked of Abeiku Santana.
This isn’t the first time Abena Korkor has made a dig at the Okay FM host. She said in January 2022 that Abeiku Santana wanted to get into her pants but she refused to give him the opportunity.
