Ghanaian Sensational musician, Black Sherif has been crowned in Tamale as Chief with the Title “Nachin Naa”.

Traditional leaders in the North have bestowed upon Black Sherif the honorific Nachin Naa of Tamale.

During his regional tour promoting his debut album The Villain I Never Was, which was released on October 6, Sherif was given the title of “Nachin Naa,” which translates to “Youth Chief”.

There is a viral video going around depicting the top charting musician being crowned and dressed in a smock and fugu.

The quick coronation ceremony has since gone viral on social media.

Meanwhile, Black Sherif’s newest album, “The Villain I Never Was,” has quickly become the most popular record on the Nigerian iTunes chart.

Officially, this album is the first from Ghana to top the iTunes album chart in Nigeria.

On October 26, Black Sherif released his debut studio album, appropriately named The Villain I Never Was.

The Villian I Never Was is a 14-song album with solely Burna Boy as a featured artist.

This album include the songs “The Homeless Song,” “Oil in My Head,” “45,” “Prey Da Youngsta,” “Sad Boys Don’t Fold,” “Konongo Zongo,” “Waste Man,” “We Up,” “Toxic Love City,” “Don’t Forget Me,” and “Oh Paradise,” among others.
