Applications for admission into the following Schools of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Idi-Araba, are therefore invited from adequately qualified individuals;
1. School of Health information Management (SHIM)
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND)
2. Federal School of Biomedical Engineering (FSBE)
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND)
3. School of Nursing (SON)
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
4. Community Health Officers Training School (CHOTS)
5. School of Midwifery (SOM)
6. School of Post Basic Nursing (SPBN)
7. School of Medical and Psychiatry Social Work (SMPSW)
HOW TO APPLY LAGOS UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL LUTH ADMISSION FORM
- Go to the Admission Portal at https://luth.gov.ng/schools and select the institution of your choice.
- Finish the account registration form. Make sure you provide accurate information and a working email address.
- After you create an account, you will receive an email with your login information.
- You will receive instructions on how to make payment, either now or at a later time, through email.
- Following account creation, a prompt to “MAKE PAYMENT” will be highlighted if you want to send money right away.
- You’ll be taken to the Remita website to complete the payment. When your account was created, an automatic Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code was produced and associated. Please be aware that the site supports a number of payment methods.
- After payment has been received successfully, the applicant should go to https://luth.gov.ng/profile, log in using the user ID provided by email, and fill out the Application Form for the preferred program.
The applicant’s completed online application bio-data, which is sent to their email upon completion of the application, MUST BE PRINTED OUT.
THIS WILL NEED TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR SHORT LISTED APPLICANTS.
Closing Date: For all schools, excluding the School of Health Information Management, six (6) weeks after the date of publication. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board oversees Federal School of Biomedical Engineering and School of Nursing (Ordinary National Diploma Courses).
