Here’s a few steps and guidelines on How to Apply For the University of Education, Winneba UEW Undergraduate Awaiting Admission.

According to the University of Education, Winneba, applications for the 2021/22 academic year at UEW are still open to the general public and those who sat for the 2021 WASSCE and are awaiting results (awaiting results candidates).

“The general public, particularly those who took the WASSCE in 2021 and are awaiting their results, is advised that applications for the 2021/2022 academic year are still being accepted,” UEW noted in a post sighted by EducationWeb.

How to Apply For UEW Undergraduate Admission (Awaiting)

  1. Obtain a Voucher for Application from one of the following banks/sources:
    • All UEW Revenue Points
    • Ghana Post
    • GCB Bank Ltd
    • IT Consortium (Mobile Money Sales)
    • Zenith Bank Gh Ltd
    • Consolidated Bank Gh Ltd
    • Prudential Bank
    • Republic Bank Gh Ltd
    • Agricultural Development Bank
    • Ecobank Ghana Ltd
    • Stanbic Bank Gh Ltd
    • First Atlantic Bank Ltd

2. Visit the University’s website at https://uew.edu.gh and click on Admissions.

3. Scroll down and click Apply Online.

4. If you are a new applicant, select Group I. If you applied last year or in past years, please choose Group 2 and input your Student Number along with your 5-digit number or PIN Number.

According to the West African Examinations Council, if insufficient errors are identified during the marking of WASSCE for School scripts in 2021, students’ results will be revealed 45 days after the conclusion of the examination’s final paper.

A WAEC official informed EducationWeb on Monday that his organization has implemented procedures to significantly cut the wait time for the release of WASSCE results to at least 45 days, as opposed to the customary 60 to 90 days.

“WAEC corrects all problems discovered during the marking of the West African Senior School Certificate Examination scripts, thus if there are too many faults or inaccuracies, the results may be delayed slightly,” he explained in an email.
