As a Super Agent for the Ghana Remote and Online Work Project (GROW) led by Generation, you will play a key role in mentoring Digital Marketing graduates who have completed intensive training and are ready to launch their freelance careers.
Your primary responsibility is to guide and support these graduates in becoming successful freelancers. Using your experience and network along with platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, you will help learners secure gigs and consistently earn a minimum of $180 per month throughout the mentorship period.
Beyond helping them find work, you will provide personalized coaching, share practical industry insights, review their projects, and ensure the quality of their deliverables meets client expectations.
You will be joining Generation at an exciting stage of growth. In partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, the GROW program has already trained and placed over 2,000 graduates. As the program expands with new digital tracks and strategic partnerships, you will contribute directly to strengthening this next phase.
This is a part-time role, running through June 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on funding.

Main Functions:
Mentorship & Coaching
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions.
- Support learners in applying digital marketing skills such as content creation, analytics, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Review portfolios and projects, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
Freelance Readiness & Pricing Support
- Guide graduates in developing competitive and fair pricing strategies.
- Support profile setup and optimization on freelance platforms and LinkedIn.
Project Supervision
- Oversee gigs secured by learners to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide actionable advice.
Knowledge Sharing
- Share tools, trends, case studies, and real-world insights.
- Collaborate with fellow Super Agents to strengthen the mentoring process.
About You
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven success as a freelance digital marketer, with experience sourcing gigs independently.
- Strong understanding of freelance pricing and market dynamics.
- Passionate about empowering unemployed or underemployed individuals to build meaningful careers.
- Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
- Able to manage multiple learners and adapt to in-person, hybrid, or remote engagement.
Preferred: Prior mentoring experience, familiarity with the Ghanaian freelance market, relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads/Analytics), and experience with online collaboration tools.
