The duration of the contract is 2 years, with the possibility of extensions twice for 6-month for academic or technical reasons, and an additional year for illness, disability, or parental leave.

Who Can Apply Sponsorship At Rosa Luxembourg Foundation?
- Exceptionally talented students looking to enroll on a PhD program
- All international learners are allowed to take this chance
- You must show proof of German proficiency at B2 level
- Must have gained admission to a doctoral program in a state-recognized institution in Germany
- It is a plus if you engage in social activities such as political or community services etc
The Prize:
As a scholarship beneficiary, you will receive:
- Candidates will receive a grant of 1,450 Euros each month
- Applicants will enjoy a monthly mobility allowance to the sum of 100 Euros
- Where necessary, healthcare subsidies will be given
