The portal is open for the Erasmus Mundus European Master for Industry in Microwave Electronics and Photonics (EMIMEP) Scholarship.
The European bursary aims at giving learners valuable exposure to the latest technologies and their uses in real life. With this award, you can study in too universities located in Spain, France, Italy, Romania and Germany.
Participating schools include, University of Limoges, the University of the Basque Country, the University of Brescia, and the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena. The good news is that scholars will be studying their first semester at the University of Limoges and at the University of Brescia in their second semester. During the third semester, students will choose their institution of choice. In the final semester, students will work on their master’s thesis.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor diploma in Electronic Engineering, telecommunication engineering, photonics or applied physics.
- A solid base in signal processing, electromagnetism, telecommunications, embedded systems, analogue and digital electronics, propagation of electromagnetic waves and principle of photonics is good
- You must has a previous work experience (internships, summer jobs, academic project etc) of at least 4 weeks
- It is compulsory to meet the English language requirements with documents to prove it
- If you have already received Erasmus Mundus funding, you are not eligible for this one
Benefits:
- Your tuition cost will be covered
- You will receive a monthly allowance of 1400 euros for up to 24 months

- Motivation letter
- Certified copies of secondary school certificate
- Approved copies of your bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts
- Copy of passport or a valid ID
- Curriculum Vitae
- Test results demonstrating you proficiency in English
- Three reference letters (one of them from a non-academic referee attesting to basic competencies and practical experience, The reference letters shall include any proof of recognition of the referee (LinkedIn ID, Google scholars ID or any proof online)
- Proofs of employment (internship, employment certificates etc within the last five years)
