Jamell Maurice Demons (born May 1, 1999), better known by his stage name YNW Melly (short for Young Nigga World Melly), is a rapper and vocalist from the United States. His tracks “Murder on My Mind,” “Mixed Personalities” (with Kanye West), “Suicidal” (featuring Juice Wrld), and “223’s” are some of his most well-known (featuring 9lokkNine).
The first is considered his breakthrough, and it gained him further recognition after he was accused with the double-murder of two fellow “YNW” rappers. Melly vs. Melvin, his debut album, reached number eight on the Billboard 200 in November 2019.
This article will give you the full gist behind YNW Melly’s arrest and Release Date from Prison.

Demons has a long history of arrests and served jail time on multiple occasions. Here is a brief flashback on his arrests over years.

First Degree Murder Charges – 2019
Demons was charged with two counts of first-degree murder on February 12, 2019, in connection with the shooting deaths of two YNW associates described as his good friends, rappers YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in October 2018. Demons apparently plotted with fellow YNW rapper Cortlen Henry to stage the double-murder of Williams and Thomas Jr. and make it appear as if they were killed in a drive-by shooting, according to authorities. Henry is accused of driving the victims to the hospital, where they eventually died from their injuries. On February 13, 2019, Demons turned himself in.
