Akuapem Polo, the Ghanaian social media sensation and cum Actress is once again in hot waters following her release on bail a few months ago. The mother was apprehended by the Ghana police for exposing nudity with her son on social media.
Her lawyers, after being sentenced to jail by court, did their best to secure bail on her behalf.
Today, the fresh news we have about Akuapem Poloo has it that she will go back to prison as court dismissed her appeal.
The cum model & actress is returning to prison after her appeal to overturn her sentence was denied.
According to reports, the Accra High Court dismissed the appeal against the 90-day jail sentence imposed by the Accra circuit court on April 16th.
The Criminal Division’s court, presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey, confirmed the circuit court’s determination that the fine was not obviously excessive.
The High Court, on the other hand, ordered that in the absence of the accuser, Akuapem Polo, the kid be delivered to any competent family member while she served her prison sentence.
So court has dismissed her appeal and as she steps into prison, Akuapem Poloo will not get the chance to spend Christmas & New Year with her friends and family.
Probably, she would have to make new friends in prison to make her stay quite comfortable for the time being.
