Three (3) women believed to be sisters have ganged up to assaulted a man seemingly helpless over supposed infidelity.
The rather surprising footage, now all over the place, has triggered general condemnation and chats.
The video displayed a disturbing scene of the three (3) women relentlessly attacking the man with fists and sticks. His pleas for mercy were all in vain.
Even as he tries to shield himself, the trio persist in delivering blows to the man. Amidst the physical altercation, the audio grasps a conversation in Yoruba. One of the women accuses the man of being unfaithful to her sister.
“You are in a relationship with my sister and still want to sleep with me,” one of the women said. The helpless man, could be heard begging.
The case brings up subjects about tensions amongst couples, leading to conversations on social media about the right ways to handle disagreements.
The nature of the video has led many to preach about the need to fall on peaceful resolutions and to discourage the employment of physical harm when there is confusion.
This a call on all of us to see the need for healthy communication and empathy when handling issues.
