Woman Allegedly Poisons Boyfriend Who Inherited $30M

Steven and Kenoyer

Ina Thea Kenoyer, a 47-year-old woman from North Dakota, has been arrested. This woman poisons her boyfriend, Steven Edward Riley Junior, aged 51, to death. Based on news briefings,  not long ago Steven inherited $30 million and was contemplating on ending his relationship with Ina.

It is believed that, the woman learned of her boyfriend intentions and settled on poisoning her boyfriend. The police indicated that Steven had gone to see his lawyer to collect his inheritance and he arrived at the office feeling unwell. After returning home, his condition deteriorated. Kenoyer delayed in calling 911 until the next day, when paramedics arrived at their Minot residence, they found Steven unresponsive; he passed away shortly afterward.

The autopsy results pointed to antifreeze poisoning as the cause of death. This is sign that Ina may have administered it to Steven. However, in a series of Facebook posts, she vehemently preached her innocence. She also insisted that her boyfriend had taken his own life.

It has also been listed by investigators that Kenoyer defined her intention to split the inheritance with Riley’s son. She established her right to it as his common-law wife. According to press accounts, she admitted to the murder, contending that she did it because she felt Steven was planning to break up with her after receiving his inheritance.
