Skirt and blouse vote made Bagbin who’s now bragging – John Boadu

John Boadu, the General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has stated to troll that Skirt and blouse vote made Bagbin who’s now bragging.

This statement from John Boadu was in reply to the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin for stating that he has the potential to remove President Nana Addo but the President cannot remove him.

John Boadu stated that Alban Bagbin now has the right to brag just because of skirt and blouse vote he benefited from. According to Mr. BOADU, the speaker of Parliament won  the Parliamentary general elections via a Skirt and Blouse vote.

He added that he doesn’t blame the Speaker of Parliament for bragging but he blames the people who voted for him to give him that bragging right.

“We all know the speaker is only benefiting from what he didn’t work for and as a result, he is passing comments that are sometimes strictly unnecessary. Speaker of Parliament has no power to remove President Nana Addo. I don’t blame speaker of Parliament but I blame those who voted skirt and blouse,” John Boadu stated.

The NPP General Secretary made this remark in Mankessim while meeting with Central Regional NPP communicators.

The purpose of this meeting was to help strengthen them and provide information on the government’s E-levy taxation, among other topics.

According to the NPP, the E-levy would raise revenue for the government to cater for developmental projects throughout the country.

In his statement, he sounded not surprised that the opposition, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) criticize the ruling government.

He spoke words to encourage the communicators not to allow opposition political parties to dominate them, particularly during radio debates.

He then urged party communicators to educate the public on the benefits of the E-Levy Tax which was read to Ghanaians a few days ago. He noted that educating the public is essential in ruling out misinformation.
