Milovan Rajevac sacked Following Poor AFCON Performance

Coach Milovan Rajevac has been sacked by the Ghana Football Association, GFA Following the Blackstars’ poor Performance and humiliating exit at the 2021 AFCON.

Following Ghana’s loss to Comoros, the Ministry of Youth and Sports called an emergency meeting with the GFA (Ghana Football Association), requesting that the Black Stars Management team be reconstituted. They also requested that the FA examine the work and capacity of the technical team of the Black Stars, which is managed by coach Milovan Rajevac.

As a result, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) had no choice but to relieve Coach Milovan Rajevac of his duties.

The Ghana Black Stars Team led by Coach Milovan Rajevac performed poorly at the ongoing AFCON 2021 competition.

The Ghana Team lost 0-2 to Morocco in their opening game and went ahead to draw for one point with Gabon.

Ghana finally lost 3-2 to Comoros Islands in a match they had to win  to stay in the competition at all cost.

Ghana was lashed out of the competition at the bottom of the group with 1 point.
