McDan set to fully fund Samed’s Treatment

Daniel McKorley, CEO of McDan Group of Businesses, also known as McDan, has come to the aid of Sulemana Abdul Samed, Ghana’s tallest man. Samed’s towering stature caught public attention last year, leading to speculation that he might be the tallest man in the world. However, doctors diagnosed him with acromegaly, a rare hormonal disorder caused by an excess of growth hormone. The doctors at Tamale Teaching Hospital have warned him that his height will continue to increase unless he undergoes surgery to stop it.

Samed has been experiencing persistent spinal nerve aches, and his abnormal height has made life difficult for him. According to him, he sleeps on a double sized mattress combined with a student mattress. This, he claims is the only way he can afford himself some comfort at night.

McDan has generously offered to fund Samed’s medical treatment, including surgery, through the McDan Foundation. McDan believes that having the world’s tallest man in Ghana is a significant matter, and it cannot be overlooked. Per sources, Samed is currently undergoing a series of ultrasound scans at the Blue Valley Specialist Medical Centre.
