I am aware of the hardships – Akufo-Addo

Sika mpɛ dede: 'Money doesn't like noise' - Akufo-Addo

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has admitted he is very much aware and not in oblivion of the hardships faced by citizens of the country.

He stated that while he is well aware of the economic challenges, he wants everyone’s help to lead the nation out of them.

“I have seen the difficulties that our currency has been having. I have seen the difficulties and dramatic rise of price levels, significant rise in the cost of living and difficulties generally, in the manner the economy is rising”.

“We have to understand that, all sectors and actors of the economy either on the side of management, labour and workers have to find a way of balancing the various considerations so that we can all progress and continue hopefully in building a stronger economy.”

At the Jubilee House, Nana Akufo-Addo told reporters that he would require everyone’s support.

Meanwhile, entertainment critic and radio personality Blakk Rasta has lashed out at Akufo-Addo over what he describes as incompetence.

He says this just after he has being ordained as a pastor, and many expected him to be mild with language, as far as criticism is concerned.

Last Friday, Reggae Musician Blakk Rasta was ordained as a pastor.

He successfully completed a Bible school training at Breakthrough Family Chapel under the tutelage of Bishop Samuel Osei-Tutu.

Blakk Rasta claims that it is useless to demand that Ofori-Atta be fired because the person who appointed him repeatedly emphasizes his confidence in his abilities.

“This is a very democratic country that has sat back to look at this president play with this country. I am most excited that this president has proven to the whole world that he is most incompetent, he is too old to be president and his faculties stopped working several years back, the best he could have done to us was to retire,” he stated.

“You may want the Finance Minister to leave, may I extend it to the president himself? Why do you sack a man who believes and still believes that the Finance Minister is the best?
