The admissions are now open at the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) College of Nursing and Midwifery. The school which is also known as GAFCONM or 37NMTC is accepting entries from highly qualified, passionate and enthusiastic persons.
Requirements:
Regular Applicants
- Applicants should be between the ages of 16 to 35
- Must have aggregate 14 or better
- For Mathematics, English, integrated science and additional three (3) elective courses your grades should be between (A1 and C6).
Top-Up Applicants
- Candidates should have serve in the service for at least 2 years
- Present a passport picture that is taken in uniform with red background, max 2048 KB
- Hold a diploma in Registered General Nursing or Registered Midwifery
- Provide NMC Certificate or results slips
- Finally, provide academic transcript
Documents Required (For All Applicants)
- Passport photo (on red background, max 2048 KB)
- Upload BECE and WASSCE/SSCE results (Please take note that SSCE and WASSCE cannot be combined)
- Have three (3) elective subjects with grades A1 – C6 from any accepted program
- Valid Ghana Card
- All documents presented should be in pdf, max 1048 KB
How To Purchase An E-Voucher
- First, dial *713*2539#
- After dialling the short code above, two options will be displayed before you as shown in the image below
- Select Purchase E-Voucher
- Choose confirm to make a payment of two hundred cedis (¢200)
- After payment, you will receive a voucher code via SMS
- Keep this code safe. You will need it to complete the application process
Retrieving Your E-Voucher
If after successful purchase, you do not receive any code via SMS, do not worry, you may retrieve it by following these steps:
- Dial *713*2539#
- You will be met with the same display as shown in the image above
- Select option 2, you voucher will be sent to you
- Ensure to keep it safe for the rest of the processes
How To Apply For Admissions At GAF Training College
- Visit the admission portal
- Carefully read the processes involved in the application
- Enter the serial code from the E-Voucher
- Fill out the form accurately and upload all required documents in PDF format
- Submit your entry and print the confirmation page
- All submissions must be made by or better still before the second week of July, 2025
