About The Job Vacancy At Fan Milk

In this role, you will assess existing business processes and align them with the most suitable Microsoft Navision modules to support efficient, standardized system usage. You will play an important part in evaluating the organization’s readiness to transition from NAV 2018 to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The successful candidate will examine areas such as process maturity, employee capabilities, and current system adoption levels to ensure a smooth migration process. You will also lead change management initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, strengthening system utilization, and supporting long-term business improvement.

What Fan Milk Is Looking For

They seek a results-driven professional with strong ERP leadership experience and a proven ability to manage complex system upgrades.

Candidates should have:

  • At least 5 years of ERP project leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP upgrades
  • Previous experience working within the FMCG industry
