Chowdeck is offering full-time hybrid employment opportunities in Accra, Ghana for Senior Customer Support Representative and Junior Customer Support Representative. The roles are within the Strategy & Operations department and involve supporting customers, vendors and riders across phone calls, chat, email and social media.
Both positions are phone-intensive and require employees to handle frequent calls, including difficult or time-sensitive conversations. Successful applicants should also be comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays based on shifts or changing schedules.
1. Senior Customer Support Representative
This is a mid-level role for candidates with 3–5 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, mobility or another high-volume customer-facing environment.
The Senior Representative will handle complex and escalated cases, manage customer, vendor and rider issues, mentor junior support agents, monitor customer pain points and work with other teams to address recurring problems. Experience with Intercom, Zendesk or similar support tools is required, alongside strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and coaching skills.
2. Junior Customer Support Representative
This is an entry-level, full-time hybrid opportunity. Candidates should be honest, quick learners and confident communicators who can handle frequent phone calls and written interactions.
Responsibilities include resolving customer and rider issues, handling order modifications, cancellations and refunds, following up on escalations, coordinating with restaurants, riders and payment partners, and identifying recurring issues that could improve Chowdeck’s services.
