About the role:
This great opportunity will see you completing registrations for new and used vehicles so that vehicles are delivered on time and to the correct specifications.
- Register vehicles in line with Frizelle Sunshine guidelines
- Complete and authorise registrations
- Process internal paperwork concerning deliveries
- Support sales departments as required
- Reconciliations
- Data Entry
- Effective time management
- Setting deliveries
What we are looking for?
- Preferred Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry
- Understanding of stock control procedures (preferred)
- Understanding of DTMR & RMS Registration legislation
- QLD registration accreditation (preferred)
- Experience in Reynolds and Reynolds / Pentana computer systems (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people
- Word and Excel experience
