The Tilt Institute has an exciting online work opening. They are searching for a highly qualified executive assistant to help facilitate their seminal Leadership Foundations program and support our executive team. The perfect candidate will have previous know-how in project coordination as well as experience working in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactive calendar management
  • Communicate with clients as needed in a professional manner
  • Facilitate meetings between executive and clients and/or potential targets
  • Maintain tracking system for business development
  • Support executive and provide additional support to team as needed
  • Ensure professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Update client presentations as needed
  • Help with day-to-day social media tasks including scheduling and posting content, managing outreach efforts and monitoring engagement
  • Manage owner’s travel expenses and prepare expense reports

Qualifications: 

  1. 5+ years in executive support role
  2. Exceptional client service orientation and professional communication skills
  3. 3+ years project coordination
  4. Self-starter with strong initiative and curiosity
  5. Tech-savvy with demonstrated willingness and capacity to learn new tools
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  8. A good mastery of Google Calendar and Zoom
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly basic Excel and PowerPoint

Your Earnings:

20hr a week (4hr per day with some flexibility). Salaried positionPay: $24,000.00 – $28,000.00 per year commensurate with experience.
