A Fintech startup is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee its operations and expand its market reach in Ghana.
Job Description
- Provide inspired leadership to the organization
- Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Assist HR with recruitment when necessary
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Build alliance and partnership with other organizations
- Work with senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in operations management or any other related field
- Experience in management, operations and leadership
- Understanding of general financial and budgeting
- Ability to build consensus and relationships amongst managers, partners and employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Business development and networking
- Solid understanding of financial management
Salary: Gh¢6,000
